Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund rules vary between domestic and international tournaments. Please review the section below that matches your event before you register, withdraw, or change travel plans.
All refund/withdraw request must be sent via email to info@racquetwar.com.

Policy Overview
Domestic and international tournaments use different refund and credit windows. The deadlines below are the source of truth for this page.
If you are unsure which rule applies to your event, check the event details or contact us before making changes.
Domestic Tournaments

Full refunds up to 6 weeks before the event
Players who withdraw more than 6 weeks before the event are eligible for a full refund or a credit to another event.

50% refund within 6 weeks, before draws are posted
If a player withdraws within 6 weeks of the event but before draws are posted, issue a 50% refund.
- 3
No refunds once draws are posted or within 3 weeks
Once draws are posted, or if the withdrawal happens within 3 weeks of the tournament, there are no refunds.
International Tournaments

Full refunds up to 90 days before the event
Players who withdraw more than 90 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- 2
45 to 90 days before the event
Withdrawals between 45 and 90 days before the event are not eligible for a cash refund, but receive a credit toward a future Racquet War tournament.
- 3
Within 45 days
Withdrawals within 45 days are not eligible for a refund or credit.
